Most people need to work to afford their limb, but can't work without one. 

Steps of Faith helps uninsured and under-insured amputees get the prosthetics limbs they desperately need to restore their livelihood. We find prosthetists to donate their time to help our clients, and we raise money to cover the cost of prosthetic limbs. 

So often we hear of new amputees stuck in a catch-22. They need to get back to work in order to buy a new limb but they need a new limb before they get back to work. We want to help break the cycle and become a partner in this journey.

If you need help paying an insurance deductible or out of pocket co-pay expenses, Steps of Faith is unable to assist with those needs. We recommend speaking with your prosthetist about setting up a payment plan. We have found that most prosthetists are willing to work with patients who need extra assistance. We also recommend CareCredit.
